Mike is a senior executive, advisor, and business leader with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations navigate complex decisions, strengthen performance, and achieve meaningful outcomes.
Throughout his career, Mike has held executive leadership positions across the public, private and nonprofit sectors, including roles as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and General Manager. His experience spans municipal government, major projects, economic development, community-building initiatives, and organizational leadership.
Mike brings a practical, results-oriented perspective to strategic planning, governance, financial sustainability, infrastructure and capital projects, organizational effectiveness, and business
case development. Known for his ability to connect big-picture strategy with implementation, he helps organizations move beyond analysis to action.

initiatives forward. His work focuses on finding practical solutions that balance strategic objectives with the realities of implementation.
